ITINERARY IN BRIEF

Day 1 Windhoek to Sossusvlei area
This morning your guide will collect you from your respective accommodation establishment and transfer you to the Eros Airport. Here you meet you pilot and board your scheduled light aircraft flight to the Sossusvlei Area. Overnight: Sossusvlei Desert (nee Mountain) Lodge Fully Inclusive (most drinks & laundry included)

DAY 2 Sossusvlei
This morning you will rise early for a magical excursion with your guide into the Namib Naukluft National Park, entering the Park gates at sunrise to capture the dunes whilst the light is soft and shadows accentuate their towering shapes and curves.

DAY 3 Sossusvlei to Damaraland
After a leisurely breakfast you are transferred back to the airstrip for your scheduled light aircraft flight north up to Mowani Mountain Camp for a two night stay (with a stop off en-route to refuel). You will land at the Twyfelfontein Airstrip, where a Mowani vehicle and guide will meet you to transfer you to Mowani Mountain Camp, which is an approximately 15 minute transfer.

DAY 4 Damaraland
After an early breakfast you will be treated to an exciting 4x4 excursion along the ephemeral Aba Huab River valley to explore this remarkable region and to search for game, including the elusive desert adapted elephants if they are in the area. Damaraland is home to a variety of desert adapted wildlife and hidden desert treasures.

DAY 5 Damaraland to Etosha National Park
Today you will be transferred back to Twyfelfontein airstrip for your scheduled light aircraft flight to the eastern edge of the great Etosha National Park. From your aircraft you will be able to see the expansive white Etosha Pan below you which covers much of the Park.

DAY 6 Etosha National Park
Today your guide will take you on game drives into Etosha National Park at your leisure. You may like to go out for a morning game drive and then return to Mushara Outpost during the heat of midday to have lunch and relax by the pool. You can then return to the Park for an afternoon game drive as appeals.


DAY 7 Departure (return to Windhoek)
